Cassandra Faurote

CEO and FOUNDER

Cassandra Faurote is a respected compensation expert and employee rewards consultant who designs effective and competitive compensation and total reward programs for corporate clients. Author of the book Compensation Sense 101: Common Sense Answers to Your Questions about Employee Compensation and Total Rewards, Faurote has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and compensation, both as an internal and external consultant. She is the founder, owner and CEO of Total Reward Solutions, a private firm which has provided consulting services to organizations in more than 30 industries since 2005.

Faurote earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; and holds the designations of CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), and SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional). She has authored articles in World at Work publications, Inside Indiana Perspectives, Louisville Business Journal, HR Professionals Magazine, and Kentucky SHRM. She is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses entrepreneurship training program, an elite invitation-only group of small business owners; and is also a sought-after conference speaker and presenter on compensation and total reward topics.

Shellye Kaplin

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Shellye Kaplin possesses 20+ years’ hands-on experience both as a practitioner and consultant. Shellye has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Louisville. 

At Total Reward Solutions, Shellye supports clients through the development of competitive compensation programs. Among her client support responsibilities are developing job descriptions and compensation administration guidelines; and  conducting external benchmarking and discrimination analyses. 

Gloria Loncharich

PRINCIPAL COMPENSATION CONSULTANT

Gloria Loncharich brings over thirty years of experience in a variety of Human Resources roles, including owning a consulting firm and holding several corporate positions with progressive leadership responsibility.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and in Communications, with minors in Sign Language and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. She also has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.

Gloria is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Human Resources Generalist (SHRM). At Total Reward Solutions, Gloria supports clients through executive benchmarking studies and development/revisions to all types of incentive/bonus compensation plans.

Amanda Gleason

COMPENSATION CONSULTANT

Amanda Gleason is an experienced Human Resources Consultant who, since 2004, has served in various capacities as an HR team member, leader, and consultant. She started a human resources consultancy practice in 2015 specializing in helping companies align human resources programs with their business operations to meet organizational goals. Amanda has significant experience in human resources compliance, benefit administration, employee lifecycle management, human resources functional audits and executing tactical plans for HR compliance. Her compensation experience includes leading organizations through researching, benchmarking and building base pay programs to implement pay practices that attract and retain talent. 

Amanda’s professional credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management – Human Resources, SHRM-CP, and certification in Conducting Lawful Workplace Investigations from the Institute for Applied Management & Law. She is a past Youth Mentor for YMI and serves as Board Secretary for Arise Together.

At Total Reward Solutions, Amanda serves clients as a trusted advisor through the development of competitive employee compensation and total rewards programs. Her client support responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking, base pay design, and discrimination analyses. 

Susan Kaspar

OFFICE MANAGER

Susan is our Office Manager and keeps our office running smoothly, assisting with setting client appointments, keeping client contact information updated, sending marketing materials, bookkeeping, and many other office and executive support responsibilities. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Texas.

Bob Chenoweth

DIRECTOR OF CONTENT

With more than 30 years of experience developing custom creative solutions for corporations as well as small- to medium-sized businesses, Bob Chenoweth is a professional writer, content consultant, graphic designer and website developer. He makes it easier for our core audiences to connect with the complex HR and related regulatory issues we handle for clients.

Bob is a member of SHRM and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he received the Outstanding Professional Award for his class. He served as Marketing & Communications Director for the Indy Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, and also served two terms as its Chairperson.

Bob is also an accomplished artist and a novelist.
