The right total rewards system-a blend of both monetary and nonmonetary
rewards offered to employees-can generate valuable business results.
In recent years, the phrase “compensation and benefits” has given way to “total rewards” – which includes not only compensation and benefits but also personal and professional growth opportunities and a motivating work environment.
There is a wide array of total reward systems available to organizations to help them appropriately attract, retain, and motivate employees. Properly designed compensation, benefits, rewards programs, and performance appraisals complete a full circle of total rewards that can effectively drive business results.
