Cassandra Faurote is the President of Total Reward Solutions. Cassandra has over 20 years experience in human resources and has spent over 10 years specializing in Compensation and Benefits.

Her experience has spanned all functions within human resource operations and she has been involved in everything from the start-up of human resources departments to leading several human resource functions within both medium and large organizations.
Cassandra has a bachelor’s degree in business management and also holds two professional certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She has taught in the human resources certificate program at IUPUI and has participated on a national Incentive Compensation Advisory Board to provide input on sales compensation issues. |
Cassandra has served on the Compensation and Benefits Professional of Indiana board for several years and is a member of World At Work, Society for Human Resources Management, and Human Resources Association of Central Indiana.
